Since 2004, I have been involved in the evaluation, regulation and management of EU-funded programmes. In the course of my work, I have increasingly focused on people. I started giving training courses and then became a coach. Now my repertoire has been expanded to include individual and group self-awareness and self-healing methods. And it’s all me.

My strengths are developing and transforming complex organisations, systems, software and managing projects. I am the inventor of work.buzz, founder and CEO of a development startup. I have been working as a consultant and expert for 20 years and freelancer for more than 10 years.
